Why has the TVL Milestone changed on the bemo website, does the $BMO release date depend on this?

Changes in the TVL Milestone on the bemo website are related to tying the issuance of $BMO to achieving certain levels of TVL. 

There are different levels at which we distribute a portion of the total BMO issuance. 

10%/15%/20% will be distributed upon reaching a TVL of 10m/30m/50m TON.

Note that 10% of the BMO supply is a guaranteed distribution volume.
